About us
Fifteen years of showing up
GoldenYears began in 2009 when a nurse and her brother couldn't find dependable care for their own mother. Today we're 180 caregivers strong β and still answer every call ourselves.
Our mission
To let every senior age where they feel most themselves β at home, in their own routine, surrounded by people who know their name and their story.
We do that by hiring slowly, training constantly, and keeping caregiver-to-family ratios low enough that continuity is the norm, not a luxury. The same face comes back next week.
